This self tragic accident happen at Miri - Airport Road on 04.06.06 which killed an elderly women while three of her children suffered serious head injuries and they were admitted at the ICU, Miri General Hospital .
It was noted that the woman driver and her passengers were not fastening their safety belts and driving at high speed.
The woman died due to internal injuries and severed a broken neck.
